Store Policy

Your privacy is critically important to us. At Automattic we have a few fundamental principles:



  • We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it. (We can’t stand services that ask you for things like your gender or income level for no apparent reason.)
  • We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
  • We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
  • In our blogging products, we aim to make it as simple as possible for you to control what’s visible to the public, seen by search engines, kept private, and permanently deleted.



There is a 7-day return policy for any ordered product. If the product gets DAMAGED while on transit OR not what you ordered for, please contact us immediately via email.
There is a REFUND/RETURN of your money OR we can resend you another product as replacement.


RETURN POLICY: If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return the unopened item within 7 days for a refund/credit; minus a 3% restocking fee (excludes "open box" items). If you choose to "Refuse Delivery" of your item there were be a $25.00 refusal fee , All opened/unused items are subject to a restocking fee of up to 5%; used items are subject to a 15% restocking fee based on usage, condition, accessories, and packaging (also applies to returned "open box" items).

If you are unhappy with your purchase after 7 days, your return is subject to our "Buy Back Policy". A store credit will be issued for your return based on the usage of the device, the exterior condition of the phone, the condition of the packaging, and the accessories attached or included. If you would prefer to receive a refund (instead of a store credit), you may opt to, however, the refund amount is typically less than the trade in value for store credit your item would receive. Typically returns/refunds are processed within 10 days of receipt.


(NEW) FREE SHIPPING (RETURNS): If an item was returned without defect and the order received free ground shipping, the refund will reflect a $10 outgoing shipping charge to recover the outgoing shipping costs. This simply states that if you have returned your device for something other than a manufacturer defect, you will be charged the outgoing shipping in which you received for free when you placed your order.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS: A defective item may be returned (for an exact replacement) within 25 days of date of purchase. If an exact replacement is not available, you will be offered a store credit toward a future purchase. If you would prefer a refund (instead of a store credit), you may request a full refund, minus shipping charges. The exchange process typically takes 6-10 days to complete. Every (Non Carrier Branded) device comes with a 1 year warranty from the manufacturer. After 25 days our exchange/return policy has expired, you should contact the manufacturer for you for repair or for warranty replacement or exchange, if your device qualifies for this. Please contact the manufacturer to determine if the device you hold is covered under their warranty. If you would like to send your device to us to send to the manufacturer you are free to do so. Please request an RMA. This will delay the warranty process by 1-2 weeks. You will need the original invoice from us in order to have your item repaired or exchanged by the manufacturer. Warranty varies by manufacturer, but typically warranties are valid for 1 year from purchase. PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU MUST request an RMA in order to return any device.



OPEN BOX SPECIALS: These products are not new, but many are in first class condition; often products that have been returned opened but not used. Many of these devices were purchased from us and sent back on our Buy Back Program. If there is only one of each of these products available they will be allocated on a strict "first come, first served" basis. Some of these still have the remainder of their 1 year warranty on them. Please check with the manufacturer when you receive your item. We will offer a 7 day return policy on all "Open Box" items. After 7 days the customer is responsible for the repair through the manufacturer. These terms also apply to Refurbished Items labeled with (RB) in the items title.

RMA NUMBERS: In order to expedite your return, please We will provide you with an RMA number so that your return may be processed and tracked properly. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are never refundable unless we ship an incorrect item. Returns are generally completed within 6-12 days. Refunds may take up to 20 days to be wire back to the Account or Name used to make the purchase.


ACCESSORIES/CLEAR COATS- NEW: Due to numerous requests we have started to offer the most commonly used accessories to bundle with your device. Each accessory you choose will be selected to fit the device that you have ordered. If this accessory is not available for your device, you will not be charged for that particular item. If you do place an order for a device and accessory and choose a method other than Ground, and we do not have your accessory in stock in the same location as the device, we will ship your device VIA the method of shipping you chose for the order and ship your accessory Ground/Economy. We do drop ship from several locations all over the globe, so please keep in mind that your accessory may not arrive the same time as your device. If you have ANY questions regarding this new policy please Contact us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The same policy applies to Clear Coat protection and installation. If the clear coat or installation of the clear coat is not available for the device, you will not be charged. If the clear coat for the device you choose is NOT in stock it will be shipped to you VIA Ground/First Class Mail at no additional charge. If after 10 days you have not received your Clear Coat Kit, please Contact Us and we will mail a replacement kit to you.


INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: YES! We do ship to Countries other than Europe. Simply order online, and choose the desired Product. For countries in which PayPal is unavailable to, we accept Wire Transfers (TT) and Western Union. If you are uneasy about using one of those alternate options please see our testimonials on the bottom right of any page of the website.


SHIPPING: The majority of our items are shipped from within Europe . However, some are shipped from USA . Those items will be shipped 3 days air directly to you. If you choose 2 Days Express you will only be charged Express shipping, if you buy goods worth more than 900$ you have a FREE SHIPPING . Please expect a delay of 1 day in this situation. In the unlikely event that you choose a shipping method that results in an incorrect price (website error), we will email you to either request the remaining balance to ship your device via the method you chose, or ship to you a service based on the price in which you paid for shipping. If we are unable to reach you, we will ship the product based on the price paid and not the method chosen. Most of the time we will upgrade to the next fastest shipping method for free.
